Refunds

  • Refunds are only available for items that are damaged during transit, faulty, or sent in error.
  • We do not offer refunds or returns for change-of-mind purchases or sale items.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as intention sprays, and incense cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us within 72 hours of receiving your parcel via our Contact Us page or email hello@vibrantkind.com.au with:

  1. Your order number.
  2. A description of the issue.
  3. Photos of the damaged or faulty item.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

We aim to review and resolve all requests promptly to ensure your experience with Vibrant Kind is positive.

If your product arrives with visible defects, kindly take photos and contact us. Our team will assist you promptly to resolve the issue.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Standard delivery usually takes around 7 business days. Please note that with the state of the global pandemic, orders may arrive later than usual.

Products are stocked up on a regular basis.
